This page contains instructions for preparing and submitting your manuscript for the production phase of publication at Princeton University Press.
These instructions were designed for projects written using LaTeX, AMS-TeX, or other version of TeX, where the author has contracted only to submit a manuscript. The Press will be responsible for inputting corrections after copyediting and for designing and implementing the final layout.
You will need to prepare your manuscript to meet the following requirements:
See Assembly Guide for TeX Manuscripts (.pdf).
We strongly prefer that you format your manuscript using one of the PUP class files, because doing so simplifies production, design, and composition, but this is not a requirement. For details about the PUP class files, please visit the TeX Typesetting Guidelines page.
- See Art Guide for TeX Manuscripts (.pdf).
Need help with illustrations? Contact our illustration specialist, Dimitri Karetnikov (dimitri_karetnikov at press.princeton.edu).
