Princeton University Press offers unpaid internships in several areas of publishing. These internships can qualify for course credit - please check with your course advisor. Internships are for one semester and require you to be present an average of 15 hours per week.
Purpose
The Marketing Intern assists the Associate Marketing Director in the production and mailing of promotional pieces (catalogs, brochures, and flyers), and offers general marketing department support.
Accountabilities
Organization
The Marketing Intern reports to the Associate Marketing Director. There are no direct reports to the intern.
Challenges and Opportunities
The Marketing Intern has the opportunity to participate in the promotional activities associated with the publication of scholarly books.
Position Requirements
Physical Demands
Ability to sit, use hands, see, talk and hear. This is a typical office-type environment.
