The aim of this series is to provide essential resources on issues of church and state, primarily but not exclusively addressing the situation in America, and to demonstrate the value of investigations that draw on disciplines beyond those traditionally concerned with such issues.It is intended to broaden current discussion of problems of the relationship of religion and politics and to stimulate further scholarship in the area.
