Those requesting next-day or second-day air delivery will be charged the actual shipping cost.
Surface rates:
U.S. and Canada: $3.75 for the first book and $1.00 for each additional book. Allow four weeks for delivery.
Outside the U.S. and Canada: $5.00 for the first book and $1.00 for each additional book. Overseas shipping is by surface mail; allow six weeks for delivery. To obtain rates for overnight shipping, call 1-609-883-1759.
