Shipping and Handling:
Those requesting next-day or second-day air delivery will be charged the actual shipping cost. Orders must be received by 11 a.m. EST, Monday through Friday, to be eligible for overnight, second-day or third-day air delivery. Forthcoming books and out of stocks will ship when books become available.
Surface rates:
U.S. and Canada: $4.00 for the first book and $1.00 for each additional book. Allow four weeks for delivery.
Outside the U.S. and Canada: $15.00 for the first book and $10.00 for each additional book. Overseas shipping is by surface mail; allow 2-3 weeks for delivery. To obtain rates for overnight shipping, call 1-609-883-1759.
