Building Equity, Inclusion & Belonging
Our work toward a more diverse, equitable, inclusive community of belonging at Princeton University Press has been a strategic initiative since 2017, with full support of the staff and the Board of Trustees. Building on our existing foundation, mission, and values, our approach has been to embed EIB across our organization and our publishing. We have focused on creating an environment conducive to listening and learning, improving communication and resources, collecting data that supports accountability and transparency, and providing new opportunities and culture change. We are grateful to the members of our community who have and continue to contribute their time, energy, ideas, and passion toward our collective goals.
